Hey, I'm Tatu Heikkilä. I have a professional interest in software engineering and currently I'm especially interested in facilitating the changes borne out of LLM revolution. I consider curiosity and initiative for deeper research as the highest virtues. My academic fascination has revolved both around foundational SWE knowledge and around effectively communicating knowledge and decisionmaking.

On my free time, I paint and model functional and sculptural 3D prints, and volunteer at a local photography club. There I get to instruct guided darkroom workshops and maintain the darkroom.

My academic theses were written in Finnish, but include an English abstract. An English examination into my MSc thesis can be found among my projects.
